Files App And Shortcuts: Content Unavailable after switching networks

Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem:

I made a shortcut that utilizes a Server Folder mapped in the iOS Files app for a server folder on my local WiFi network. Any time I switch networks (either disconnect WiFi and rely on Cellular data or switch WiFi networks) the one folder that the shortcut was using becomes unavailable. If I browse in the Files app to the specific folder I get the error "Content Unavailable the folder contents could not be displayed because of an unknown error." The other folders on the same Server are still accessible. It's only the folder associated with the Shortcut that has an issue. The only fix I have found is to reboot my phone.

Also if I try to run the Shortcut I get the error "Couldn't communicate with a helper application."

This problem is very repeatable.

Update: I don't have to restart my phone I can disconnect and reconnect to the smb Server to gain access to the referenced folder. This doesn't solve the issue because what happens next is an error on the SMB handler. It requires me to effectively remap the folder to the server again in each step it is referenced in the Shortcut in order to have the Shortcut work again.
