Applications refuse to update manually on ipados 16.6
Every Time I try to update apps from the app store, they never progress. I have restarted and updated my device and the issue persists

If you have iPadOS 16.6 installed, you are running a beta version - and should have full expectation of encountering bugs and other functional issues.
The Terms of Use that govern participation within the Apple Support Community disallows discussion of beta software - other than to provide information to restore production software.
