How can I change a standard user back to an administrator?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Do you still have an admin account in System Settings > Users & Groups? If so, make sure you are logged into it, select the Standard user, click the i in a circle next to it, enable "Allow this user to adminitor this computer".


If not, things are more complicated.

That is extremely odd. Is it a managed computer?
