Apple Store - Payment Not Completed Stuck in Loop
I can't add any new apps. Every time I try, I get a message "Payment not completed" that disappears in 2 seconds and nowhere to click fast enough to get info. When I check my credit card, it's fine for other purchases. So I tried to remove it and re-enter the info. It won't let me because I have an active subscription. When I check that, I do not have any active subscriptions in the list. All inactive.
So it won't let me spend any money and won't let me fix anything. Why is there not some kind of pop-up telling me the problem? I've been searching for an hour and tried all suggestions but I'm stuck. Annoying AF.
