White dots on screen

My MacBook Air 2017 has white dots on the screen I don’t know what is the problem and it doesn’t seem to stop developing. I keep spotting new white dots or grains on the screen

A picture would be helpful.

It may be dead pixels but they are usually black. Or it could be pixels stuck on white.

Pixel problems cannot be repaired; the screen will need to be replaced. the problem there is the new screen will likely be of greater cost than the Mac itself is worth. There are "home remedies" all over the web, but they are mostly worthless.

To know for sure what you have, Apple will test it for free.
