Airpods pro 2nd gen noise cancelling

I use airpods pro 2nd gen with Samsung device (android) so the only way to trigger noise cancelling is with the actual earbuds itself. However, if I try to do this it activates Google assistant instead. I even tried to turn off Google assistant but it just brings up a menu asking if I want to turn it on. Does anyone know how to fix this so I can use noise cancelling?

Hey Jkritz73,

To help narrow this down, do you have an Apple device you can connect your AirPods with? This way you can check to make sure the feature works as expected, and that the firmware is updated. Here are guides to help, just in case:

Take care!
