Also check the Shipping address for your Apple ID by going to Settings > [name on top] > Payment & Shipping.
I did what you said but I still didn’t get the Apple Cash & I couldn’t be able to check the region, I think it’s US because I remember I changed it a while ago, but I cancel all subscriptions and it still didn’t go through
You will have to wait until the subscription has ended. Even after cancelling, the service will continue until the end of the period you had subscribed for. You can check the subscription at Settings > [name on top] > Subscriptions.
