I keep getting a Screen saying Enter the Google password for "(my gmail email address)" in Settings. The only "choices" have have are Settings or Cancel (written in blue). What's this all about and what can/should I do?

You may have enabled two step verification on Google --> Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help
