Our company uses Apple Business Management on our iPhones. Why can't we enable Find My on these managed phones? We can switch the function on but the moment we back out of that screen it is switched off...every time. The only way we can locate these phones is if we place them in "Managed Lost Mode" only then we are allowed to use Find My from a computer. We have no issues whatsoever with our phones that are not "Managed."

That’s a choice made by the administrator of your business phone.
If it’s a managed phone the phone’s contents are the property of the business, so be selective about what personal information you put on it.
I am the "unqualified" administrator and set them up. Would you by chance know how we can enable the option to switch on "Find My" on our managed phones, or what settings I would need to dig into?
I can’t, but I’ll see if an associate who manages corporate iPhones can.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to use the same Apple ID on all the devices as well?
