Did you purchase AppleCare+ Theft & Loss? If you did and it's still valid, you can file a claim using the Related Article Link at the top of this page, which brought you here. If you didn't, you can't file a claim and if your phone is lost or stolen and you want a replacement phone, you'll have to buy one.
