How to fix "Data recovery cannot be completed please restore your iPhone from backup" error?

I had also had the problem of the "Data recovery cannot be completed please restore your iPhone from backup" i was upset and angry figured my iPhone 8 plus finally gave up on me cause but i kept following the instructions i was given holding the off button and volume plugging it into my computer and continued to do so over and over again till my phone completely restarted so i can set it up like brand-new i do have to wait for most of my apps to finish installing again but i think my problem is fixed hopefully this helps someone
