iPhone trade in Australia

I recently sent my iPhone 13 Pro in as trade in and posted on 22nd June but 2 emails now saying they are yet to receive it! I have all tracking details and knew it would go to third party firstly to verify condition but it’s feeling like these trade ins are a scam and they’ve cancelled trade in even though I’ve provided details it was sent! Anyone else had these issues ??

Issue with Apple trade-in on iPad I bought a new iPad and traded in the old one. The old one worked fine, but I received an email that my trade in value went from $185 to $0 due to damage. The iPad was not sent in that condition. It was working. I have started two chats now and disputed the trade-in value. BTW, Apple sent me two brand new iPads but only charged for one. trade in iPhone Hi, I bought a new phone online and used the trade in option. I collected the new phone in store but had to send trade in via post. Received email saying they still haven’t received it yet I can tell by the tracking it’s at its destination. Any suggestion on who I contact

This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. If you are having a problem with a shipment, you need to contact the business for help with this. There is nothing we can do.
