Shared photos metadata

How are you sharing the photos? When you share photos in Shared albums, the metadata will be stripped intentionally for privacy reasons, so we do naot accidentally share a location or other sensitive data.

Or are you using the Shared iCloud Photos Library? Then the titles will be shared, but you will be seeing them only on another Mac, not on an iPhone or iPad, as they do not support the titles, only the captions.
