Phone numbers transferred but not names of contacts when i set up my new ipad. What is the fix?

If you just recently transferred the data, you may want to give a little time for all the information to appear on your iPad, especially if there was a large amount of data transferring.

Also, you can verify what's showing in your iCloud Contacts by going iCloud and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
