review and sign Apple id
Hello I have a new Apple ID and when I download any app it says I need to review and sign takes me to fill out form but every time while filling out it closes the window

If you're unable to review the account through the Settings menu, try doing it directly through the Apple ID website instead.
Also, make sure the account has valid payment info in it.
Add a payment method to your Apple ID
If you're still unable to review the Apple ID, you'll want to contact Apple for assistance with the account: Get Support
