Can't sign in on my apple app on roku tv

If you're seeing an error code when you try to enter your Apple ID, you may need to reset the Apple TV app on your Roku TV. This will ensure you have a fresh connection the next time you attempt to log in.

Reset the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app

Resetting the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app removes your personal information and restores the app to its original settings. If you plan to sell or give away your device, or uninstall the app, you might want to reset it first.

1. Open the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Choose the Reset option.

If you aren't able to get in to the app at all, try to reset it by removing the Apple TV+ app. After you remove the app, power cycle your Roku TV and reinstall the app. You should be prompted to use the QR code to sign in with a mobile device from here.
