iPhone face recognition not working

"iPhone face recognition not working: It seems that face recognition failure on iPhones might be becoming a common problem. Have you had this happen? Could this be due to a defective part.? If it turns out to be the case should Apple charge for doing this repair? What do you think?"

B. Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know what exactly is occurring.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

2. Select: "Report a Bug" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

If a hardware error, it may be of not most to your, should this be affective item --but that is Apple's call. No on here, on these forums, has any say in what apple will and will not allow.
