Screen is changing without being prompted

After doing the latest update, I'm having issues with my mouse going to another screen without my prompting. Is anyone else having this issue?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4

Have you downloaded the latest (c) rapid security response? The A version was pulled due to issues.

If you have the a version installed you might want to remove that one from your MacBook

  1. Open System Settings, General, About
  2. Click macOS and after that the I button
  3. Click it, and click last security response
  4. Click remove and restart
