Hello!

The iOS 17 update is not out yet to the public. You should expect to see the first version of iOS 17 somewhere in September. Although the Developer and Public beta are indeed released and you can install the Public Beta here. Please note, betas can be very unstable and have a ton of bugs so only install them on a secondary device never your main device. Your device also has to be compatible to install the iOS 17 update.
