Amazon Login

Why can I sign in to my Amazon account on my MacBook but not on my Ipad or iPhone with the same ID? Amazon support has sent some suggestions, but nothing helped so far.

Please try the following:

Clear all cookies on your iPhone and iPad: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
Restart both devices.
Unplug your Wi-Fi router, wait for 1 minute and plug it back in.

They sent what suggestion? Why are you signing in with your Apple id, it's suppose to be your email address that you used when you first create the account.
