My husband dropped my iPhone 13 Pro Max in the pool, by accident. The phone was in the pool for about 10 seconds at most. What do I do? I played the sound my son told me to off youtube but don't know how long I need to do that for. Please help!
Power off the phone if it is on
Do NOT put the phone in rice.
Angle the phone against the wall at about 45 degrees so water will drain from the power port and other openings at the bottom of the phone
Try to set up a fan to blow lightly on the phone. Do NOT blow compressed air on the phone
Leave the phone alone for at least a day, two would be better
Power up the phone.

The sound thing on Youtube is bogus, all that does is create a low frequency that vibrates the speakers. The only thing that it possibly will do is remove the water from the speaker hole, it doesn't remove water from the inside. You could do a better job by blotting the speaker hole with a Kleenex.
