I was at the pool with my “water resistant” iPhone 13 Pro and my little brother dropped it in the pool now it no longer makes a noise when I plug it in

A phone is not waterproof. It is splash water resistant only. Most likely your phone is damaged beyond repair. Let it dry out as much as possible then get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation and possible replacement.

Bummer.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store. it will have to be replaced.

Liquid damage is not repairable. “Water resistant” ≠ “waterproof”.
