About subscription

I paid for Apple one subscription the money amount is deducted but still I can’t use the subscription as it’s not active yet there is no receipt but my money was deducted. I can not even ask for refund because it’s not showing the subscription

Money not reflecting in apple store My hotstar subscription was due on 21st Feb 2025, i had cancelled my subscription on the 19th of feb 2025, ₹1499 was deducted from my acc on 20th feb,2025. The credit to apple is not reflecting on appstore neither is it showing on the purchase history. Furthermore my subscription was also not renewed. What shows I do to get my money back?

Money was deducted even after cancellation Dear Apple Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I was recently charged for a subscription via Apple Media through automatic payment, even though I had canceled the subscription beforehand. Moreover, I have not received access to the subscription services either. Could you please look into this issue and assist me with a refund? Get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service

Please contact the Bank. I am sure the money is still not deducted from your account.
