Mophie 3 in 1 charger faulty

New purchase thru Apple store. Faulty after 3 weeks-replacement faulty also. This is only available thru Apple. Its expensive and not working. Zagg offers no answers. When is Apple gonna step up and help loyal customers who trusted them to purchase thru their store?
