Mac OS Update problem
My MacOS Sierra version 10.12.6 cannot seem to update. The update is not appearing in the app store neither is the option available in my system preference. How to I update?

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a more-recent OS. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
