Hello, I need to update my macOS but when I click on “software-update” it brings me to the App Store and says there are no updates available, is there anything I can do?

What specific Mac do you have? That will determine if, and how far, you can upgrade macOS.
You can find this information using About This Mac item in the Apple () menu.
That model can't be upgraded past High Sierra.

Since Safari updates are tied to macOS updates, you may want to install Firefox 115 ESR. This version of Firefox is no longer getting new features, but Mozilla says they will provide security updates until September 2024.
