I need to restore my iPad but it tells me I need to update it first. I am locked out of it because I can’t remember the password

Step 1: Make sure that you have a computer (Mac or PC)

Step 2: Turn off your iPad

Step 3: Put your iPad in recovery mode

Step 4: Restore your iPad
