Child Account Greyed out

I have this problem that my Child account logout is greyed out.

I even installed id on my Mac and now I cannot put parent account on MacOS as well.

Please advice

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

See -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)

👉 Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
