I am not reviving the advertised amount of cash back on my purchases to Walgreens. Can you confirm that it should be 2% and I am receiving 1

You will need to use Apple Pay to receive 2% or 3% cash back.
Walgreens actually offers 3% cash back if you use Apple Pay. However if you use the titanium Apple Card (regardless of where), you will always receive 1% cash back.
