I have music files in my files app, and I need to move those files into the music library. I do not own a Mac or a PC, I have an iPad and iPhone, so I cannot do it through iTunes. Is there any way this can be done?

You would only be able to add music to the Music app on your iPhone through iTunes or Apple Music. There isn't a way to add music files from the Files app to the Music app on your iPhone. Learn more about the supported syncing method and adding music to the Music app below:
