Hello ,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

If someone has control of your phone number we recommend speaking to your carrie . These recommendations can help you keep your device and iPhone secure:

"Make sure that your Apple ID is secure

  • If you haven't already, set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID. This additional security feature is designed to prevent someone else from accessing your account, even if they know your password.
  • You should be the only person who knows your password and can sign in with your Apple ID.
  • If someone you don't know or don't trust can sign in with your Apple ID, your account is not secure.
  • To help keep your Apple ID secure, you should also keep your device secure and protect your device with a passcode. If someone else has your trusted device and knows your passcode, they can reset your Apple ID passcode. Learn how to secure your device if it's lost or stolen."

Additional details can be found here: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised

If you still have concerns can you provide more details on what exactly is going on and we can check on available options.

Cheers!
