Hi I recently signed on, joined Apple podcast, I tried to submit my episode however, I can't seem to open, I don't understand why Apples podcast service is so confusing. Please help thank you, LaDonna Crawford

There are two ways of constructing podcasts. The traditional way is to create a 'feed' - a text file in a specific format containing the details of all your episodes. You can write this yourself but I don't advise it: there are a number of services which will make it for you. If this is what you are trying to do, please read my 'get you started' page to make sure you are going about it correctly, then come back if you have further questions. If you do come back please post the feed URL.
The other method is to create the podcast directly in Podcasts Connect. submitting the episodes there. the episodes must be in the formats .mp3,.m4a, .m4v, .mov or .mp4 file (not Windows Media, RealMedia, Flash or YouTube). Apart from that advice, I can't advise you since I wouldn't have access to the evidence as I would with a feed.
