Completely disable Cycle Tracking

Long story short, I'm a male and a few years ago some of my friends setup cycle tracking in the Health app on my iPhone. I've had 3 phones since then and I still have some data in there. I've turned off the notifications and deleted all the data I can find but it still shows up.

Is there any way to completely disable it?
