MacBook pro Monterey 12.6.7 problems

After upgrading to Monterey 12.6.7, multiple annoying problems occurred. The fan usually runs loudly for no reason, the MacBook randomly powers off without letting me know, and the Touch Bar became a very dim green which is hardly visible. I visited the Genius Bar today and they say it's probably a software problem. I am going to go back to MacOS 12.6.6

Suggest before you attempt the Downgrade to Monterey 12.6.6

If the Genius Bar indicated the issue maybe a Software Issue - perhaps there is something in that statement.

Downgrading to a pervious version maybe possible but on a Apple Silicon Computers, it is a bit more complicated.

To avoid a back and forth question - answer, question - answer scenario

Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid from added features.

I have other problems with 12.6.7

1) Cannot save a webpage to PDF. There's no PDF listed in the Printer list. I've updated Adobe Reader, still a fail.

2) Cannot send text messages using Message.app

For me, this computer was wasted $$$. Going back to my 2017 MacBook Air with only 4 GB of memory. But it did everything without any problems.
