Can’t turn off Bluetooth

my Mac mini was asleep. I clicked the mouse for wake up and accidentally turned on Bluetooth. The Mac is looking for a wireless keyboard I don’t have and won’t boot up. I unplugged the computer and restarted it but it still won’t boot up and keeps searching for the keyboard.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Do you have a wired keyboard plugged in? You might want to unplug that and plug it in again after the computer has rebooted and is showing the searching for keyboard
