Unable to add Apple Wallet Pass at this time

I’m having difficulty adding Penn State Football tickets to my wallet for the first time ever. I updated my iOS to 16.6.

no one else in my group is having issues with the tickets. I reached out to the university and they don’t know of anyone else having an issue.

I’ve force restarted my phone multiple times, I’ve logged out of my apple account, but I don’t know what else to try.

I did not. I called the ticket office and they texted me my ticket so I have it open in my browser. When I try to add to wallet from there it adds, but won’t authenticate so it’s still not useable in wallet.

I too have tried everything under the sun. This is for Ticketmaster. iOS is updated, force restart, no vpn, region is correct, signed out of Apple ID and resigned in, there were no prior tixs to remove, made sure email matched on setting and Ticketmaster. When I switched off Face ID I am getting message that ‘Ticketmaster requires Face ID for enhanced security’ so won’t download to wallet without Face ID. When I try and put in wallet I get unable to add pass. Try later. Help?

Me either-I guess apple is not acknowledging this is their issue . I cannot add to m wallet a pass that I have, I then decided to see if I could add a credit card and that worked but still cannot add pass- I have tried everything suggested. My Daughter has a new debit card and she cannot get it to be recognized and has called apple they blame the bank the bank blames apple and no one is doing anything about it

None of the above- It is a shopping pass for Tanager Outlets . I have tried with WiFi and without and all the recommend tricks . It is through a confirming email that gives me the pass to add to my wallet. I even tried doing it via my apple watch, and Ipad.

I never had this issue before. Seems since the last update. My apple email is the same as my aol I don’t recall a separate iCloud email. With that being said I created the iCloud email and forward the email with the pass on it . Opened the email via iCloud address and that did not work

I’m having the same problem adding my PSU student tix to my apple wallet. Did you figure out how to solve this issue?
