Unable to add Apple Wallet Pass at this time

I have purchased movie tickets in the past from AMC and have always been able to add it to my wallet. Today when I try, I am getting the error message of "Unable to add Apple Wallet Pass at this time" and I do not know how to resolve.

I also got the "Sorry, pass cannot be added at this time" message when I tried to add a ticket. None of the fixes described earlier in this thread (remove expired passes, sign out of Apple ID and reboot) worked. In the end, the problem seemed to be that I was working from my Outlook mobile app, which in turn opened the link to the ticket in the Edge browser. When I worked from the email in the Apple mail app, everything worked fine.

I’m having the same issues with livenation /Ticketmaster. It won’t let me add concert tickets even though I have in the past. Keep getting the unable to add pass message. It’s frustrating. Yes..my software is up to date and I have tried every thing under the sun to fix it. Weird thing is…I can transfer the tickets to my daughter (we share a plan) and on her phone she can save them to her wallet no problem.

Ok yall try this make sure you don't have any other devise in your device list settings>name>scroll down device list >remove any ones that you don't have anymore

Go < to general > erase all content and settings > reset all settings. Only setting are reset > then go set up your face ID passcode and wallet again... do this after removing all passes and making sure the email address is good .

Do you mean the iCloud email address? Or the email you use for your Apple ID? I haven't had any trouble adding things to Wallet but I never, ever use my iCloud email address (can't actually remember what it is without looking). I use the Gmail address that also happens to be my Apple ID.

There are recent posts here reporting that Microsoft emails were the issue (Hotmail, Office etc) were the issue. It’s stands to reason the gmail and other apps/services could be the issue. The only way to eliminate the issue is to keep the services all Apple. So, could recent security updates etc. have caused an issue which other services/apps haven’t updated for be the issue? Most definitely.
