How can I remove Backups.backupdb from trash?

Hey everyone,

My backups.backupdb folder is currently in my trash - It's been so long dealing with this problem i can't remember exactly how it ended up there but im assuming i attempted to delete it at some point. How can i remove it from the trash? I've disabled time machine, and in the last couple of weeks actually upgraded to a new macbook pro, but it is still there (through transferring everything through migration assistant). Any one know how I can delete this from the trash once and for all??

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.4

You can try from a safeboot: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

no resolve—

you may have to temporarily disable system integrety protection to make this happen, then re-enable.
