Family checklist crashing

I'm always on the latest iOS the day they come out, and the Family Checklist is not loading; the activity spinner Icon just spins forever and nothing happens. I have never managed to see that feature.

If you haven't already, please update your iPhone to the latest OS version 16.5.1.(c). Then test it to see if the issue has been resolved.

Apple Support had me log out of my Apple ID and then log back in. It solved the problem.

Still happening. iPhone 13 Pro Max all the way up to date.

Same thing happening to me on iphone 12 ios 16.6

16.6.1 iPhone 13 Pro Max, still crashes.

Yes it worked and subsequently removed all my cards from my wallet as well. Thanks!
