My phone keeps pre-filling someone else’s email

Hi, my iPhone keeps prefilling someone else’s email and I don’t quite understand why it happened or how to stop it.

A recruiter emailed me once last year, and now their email keeps popping up whenever I start to type in my email address on apps. They were never in my contacts.

Unknown email address in my auto fill? I was logging into an app on my phone and my email address along with another address I don’t recognize appeared in the autofill options. To be clear, this has never happened before. I logged into this app maybe a month or two ago with no issue and now this random person is in my autofill. I don’t recognize / do not know this person or this email, and absolutely no one aside from myself has touched my phone to check their email or use this app. The only apple product I have is my phone. I checked my own contact card and the only email address there is the one I use. Out of curiosity, I went to my mail app to see if maybe I got an email from this person a long time ago and it just saved it for some reason, but while they automatically show up as though they are somewhere in my inbox, they can’t be found in any inbox. It’s really weird and I’m concerned as to why this is happening out of the blue. As a test, I logged out of another app and didn’t get that person, so I think it’s just for this one (for some reason?) any idea as to why this is happening?

My emails have Private Relay on even though I don’t have any plans I noticed in my emails that I was being sent things to a weird looking Apple IDs and I was worried someone else had my account, but when I looked up the private relay part it says it’s a new function for iPhone. I didn’t purchase iCloud+ but this feature was put on my phone. How can I turn it off?

Constant spam emails, ask me to renter password 3 times At some point in the past couple of years I must have opened a spam email and given someone an opening to barrage me with these annoying little pests. I receive anywhere from 10 to 50 a day. When I have tried to go in and change my email password whatever this bug is will not allow me to send an email until I have entered my password in three separate times. There is a box that pops up that says cannot send email and it sends me to settings. I am beyond frustrated. I have taken my iPad to the Mac store and they say it’s impossible for that to happen. But I know otherwise. How do I stop this request for email password 3 separate times? Right after I elect a new password, I’m able to send an email. But if I try to send an email with one of my email addresses and, I have two email addresses, I get tons of new spam emails.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! Do you have AutoFill set up? You can check by following the steps below:

Automatically fill in your information in Safari on iPhone

1. Go to Settings > Safari > AutoFill.

2. Do any of the following:

•Set up contact info: Turn on Use Contact Info, tap My Info, then choose your contact card. The contact information from that card is entered when you tap AutoFill on webpages in Safari.
