Some push notifications still going to old phone

A couple months ago, I bought a new iPhone 14 pro max. I transferred/synced all of the data from my old iPhone 11 with no issues. (I did not delete any info on my old phone)

Most notifications now come to my new phone, but some do not. Specifically, my credit card which is through my bank. I have both the bank’s app and the card control app on both phones. The push notification I get as soon as a charge is put on my credit card still go to my old phone!

On my new phone, for both apps, “allow notifications” is on, as are locked screen, notification center, and banners.

Please help! I have searched extensively and see other people with this problem, but no solutions that are applicable to my problem.

How do I get these few push notifications to stop going to my old phone and come to my new phone?
