iOS Outlook not syncing Apple Mail

Hi all,

I've been having a strange issue with Outlook syncing with my apple mail account on my mobile devices. Outlook on my macbook is syncing without issue, however apple mail messages aren't being deleted from my mobile devices. I've tried everything I can think of - resetting the account in the app, deleting and readding the account, deleting and readding the Outlook app.

I archive all of my emails (outlook, apple, gmail, etc.) in folders on my Outlook account. When I login directly to iCloud, my mail inbox is up to date. However, my mobile devices are showing hundreds of emails that I've deleted or filed away over the last two months.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?

You may have enbled 2-step verification for Outlook --> Manage app passwords for two-step verification
