Each iCloud+ subscription would be subject to the limitations below:

• You can use up to five custom domains, with up to three personalized email addresses per domain.

You can find that and other details in this resource: Use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail - Apple Support

So you may need to have a separate iCloud+ subscription to utilize additional email addresses from your custom domain.
