How can I activate my number on imessage and facetime. I ve teied all the different methods shown in apple support but with no results. What should I do ?

it was bought in Malaysia
The pblm is not only my iphone 14 that have this issue but also my iphone 7. So i have no idea why. The apple Id is activated but the num can t be activated.
