Apple app on Lg TV not sound

I have a Lg TV with Apple tv app. When I am watching the Foundation series, after few seconds the sound disappears then I restart the app but the same thing happens, after few seconds the sound off. Regardless of from where I restart watching it. I have experieced this phenomenon only that series and only in case of TV app. On mobile app and on laptop everything is okay.

This would definitely suggest the concern lies within the Apple TV app on your smart tv. So what we'd recommend is resetting the app with the steps listed at Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support, this way we know it was installed properly.

If issues persist, then contact Apple Support so that they can investigate this in greater detail with you.
