Did anyone faced any problems dealing with apple support store about the AirPods Pro which manufactured before 2020 ? Because I have the worst experiment ever

It specifically says "a small percentage" of Airpod Pros were affected. It is not all AirPod Pros made before October 2020. If Apple examined and tested yours and determined they are not part of that small percentage, they will not be replaced under that program.
AirPods that old are well out of warranty. Exactly what type of support were you seeking?
I know but they said on the website that many AirPods Pro which are manufactured before 2020 which include model “A2084”may face some issues and they can fixing it for free after three years of buying this AirPods and now I have this problem with the support store and they keep telling me excuses for not to taking it any be fixed.
and I have two of these AirPods with the same issue any the purchased date was on 2021 and 2022 and it’s not after 3 years as they said on the announcement on the website.
If yours were manufactured in November 2020 (which the store could have determined by the serial number), then they would not be covered under the program.
But he even didn’t accept to check it in the first place and even he didn’t know anything about this article . And kept saying where did you get that talking until I told him that apple website announced that and showed him. Then he kept giving me so many excuses for not to take them and my issue is the same as apple mentioned it’s about the mic noise cancellation.
And btw one of them as they said was manufactured on November 2020 “ as they said in the store “ even in this period as you also mentioned now but anyway they didn’t even accept and kept giving excuses.. that’s why I’m asking if anyone faced this like me or not .
Manufactured in November is manufactured after the October cut-off date. Your Airpods are Not covered by the service program, no matter how much you complain about it.
