can I change the ‘hide my email’ address to a normal email?
after creating a ‘hide my email’ account in a website, is it possible to change this address to a normal email?

You can't really turn it off, but you can delete an email you've set up. Go to settings/ your name at the top/ iCloud/ scroll down to "hide my mail" and click on the email and remove it there.

well, it does ask me the login credentials in some devices, and specially in non-apple devices, that is why I wonder if it could be changed to a normal email or at least something easier
I don’t want to lose the account for the specific website, I thought I was going to use it temporarily, so I used the ‘hide my email’ option.. also at that time the email created was a loooong one and really difficult to remember, so I was wondering if there is a way to change it
It's not really meant to be remembered. The system should auto-populate the email and password for you when you go back to log in.
