Why is my iPhone 13pro not compatible with my apple adapter to listen to music in my car?

Everytime I put my adapter in my phone through a regular aux cord, it doesn’t work yet it works on everyone else’s iphones. What’s the setting to enable this?

If it works on other iPhones except yours then you need to clean the port.

Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device, then firmly plug your cable into your device. If the charging port is damaged, your device probably needs service.
