My 2020 SE will not download/install the 16.5.1 and yes I also tried on my computer

First I have never not been able to install an update, ever! I did just what the youtube showed, it did not work as I said I tried it with my computer. It said the same as it did on my phone, software update failed. An error occured downloading 16.5.1
My 2020 SE will not download/install the 16.5.1 and yes I also tried on my computer
