iOS Update
My phone is plugged in and I have WiFi, but Download and Install is still greyed out for the newest update. Why is this? Thank you.

There could be a number reasons that your iPhone will not update with an "over-the-air" connection. One method to resolve this is to temporarily connect your phone directly to a computer to perform the update. Have you tried this yet?
